Innovation, Communication and Fashion Transparency with Teresa Helbig

The haute couture firm Teresa Helbig is betting on digitalization with a pilot to integrate OKOTags smart tags in its garments, allowing to connect each dress with the digital world and create a new communication channel between the dresses and the customers, as well as guaranteeing the authenticity and transparency of the dresses.

Garments with digital identity

The dresses selected by Teresa Helbig to be part of this trial include a certified NFC tag, offering customers an interactive experience on the dress. Each tag has a unique ID that allows instant verification of its originality, traceability management and transparency. But smart tags go further: they have become a new communication channel between the brand and its customers, allowing access to exclusive content about the garment, its history, materials and care tips.

The Digital Product Passport (DPP)

Another key advance has been the implementation of the Digital Product Passport (DPP), which reinforces the traceability and transparency of each garment. Through this system, customers can know all the details about the manufacture, origin and sustainability of the product, in line with the new demands of the fashion industry.

Technology and innovation in fashion

With these digital solutions, Teresa Helbig reinforces its commitment to combining craftsmanship and innovation. NFC smart labels and DPP not only guarantee authenticity and traceability, but also create a new form of interaction with customers, enriching the shopping experience and strengthening the bond with the brand.

This project demonstrates how technology can bring great value to fashion without losing the artisanal essence that defines the company.
